• Drafting and sending of formal notices;
• Evaluation of standard credit recovery procedure costs;
• Evaluation of the debtor and its assets;
• Choice of the best action to take;
• Enforcement actions in Italy and throughout the European Union;
• Regular reporting on the status of debt under litigation, with details of action taken for recovery.
