Partners
Francesco Berardi
Partner of Studio Gusmitta & Associati since it was first established. He has specialised in problems relating to the taxation of legal entities and natural persons and is particularly skilled in direct and indirect real estate taxation and contractual aspects relating to their purchase and sale. He also assists several clients with issues relating to the correct application of value added tax legislation, tax litigation with patronage before the tax commissions and offices and extraordinary corporate operations. He is a member of the Order of Chartered Accountants of Milan and of the Register of Auditors.
Alberto Demarchi
He has been collaborating with Studio Gusmitta & Associati since 2015. He boasts consolidated experience in the area of ordinary and extraordinary tax and corporate consultancy for major national and multinational groups both Italian gaap and IFRS adopters. He graduated in Business Economics and he gained a master’s degree in International and EU tax law. He is a member of the Order of Chartered Accountants of Milan and of the Register of Auditors.

Cristina Gusmitta
She has been a partner of Studio Gusmitta & Associati since 2001, where she provides assistance with employment legislation in Italian and foreign contexts. She has consolidated experience in employment law, contracts, human resource management policies, secondment and international mobility, along with welfare and administrative litigation, salary management aspects and fringe benefits. She has also accrued specific skills in relations with trade unions and international employment contracts and the management of Italian offices of foreign companies. She collaborates with various different law firms in managing litigation and business analyses in connection with acquisitions and due diligence. She graduated in Law from the State University of Milan, submitting a thesis on employment law. She is a member of the Order of Labour Consultants of Milan.

Paolo Maria Gusmitta
He has been a partner of Studio Gusmitta & Associati since 1995, where he provides Italian and foreign multinationals with tax assistance. He can boast vast experience in the set-up of new businesses in Italy, in corporate reorganisations and acquisitions, transfer pricing and tax litigation in various sectors such as the pharmaceutical industry, energy, industrial products and consumer goods, luxury goods and tax consultancy services. He is a member of the Order of Chartered Accountants of Milan and of the Register of Auditors. He is also involved in publishing, having edited several articles in his fields for specialised journals. He has held and continues to hold offices in boards of auditors for numerous companies.

Luca Gaetano Maria Ranieri
He has been a partner of Studio Gusmitta & Associati since 2007, where he provides Italian and foreign multinationals with tax assistance. He has accrued vast experience in the field of VAT taxation and particularly with European Community and international business operations, business reorganisation in the administrative-accounting area, corporate management control, advanced analyses of budgets, market benchmarks, business valuations and their administrative-tax check-ups. He is a member of the Order of Chartered Accountants of Milan.
